Donald E. McGinnis

Served as Director of Bands at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.  He is past-president of the American Bandmasters Association. In 2007, he was elected Honorary Life President.  He is an internationally known conductor, clinician, and performer having played both principal clarinet and later principal flute in the Columbus Symphony Orchestra for 10 years.  Mr. McGinnis received the Distinguished Service to Music Award from Kappa Kappa Psi, he ASBDA Harding Award and the Ohio State University School of Music Award for Distinguished Services.  He is known worldwide as a virtuoso performer and teacher.
